Suddenly Error 523 when trying to access our website

Hi Folks,

Suddenly todays morning we can not access our web site and got the the following error :
Error 523 .
We checked the server is accessible and DNS is configured in Cloudflare and everything seems ok
Diagnostic Center of Cloudflare give us the following :

Does the hostname have a DS record? Does this record use the Cloudflare algorithm?

I checked and found that the DNS is configured as DNS and PROXIED .

Can you help me solving this issue .

I suggest you use the “Pause Cloudflare on Site” option from the Overview tab for your domain at dash.cloudflare.com. The link is in the lower right corner of that page. Give it five minutes to take effect, then make sure site is working as expected with HTTPS. Only then should you un-pause Cloudflare and double-check your SSL/TLS setting to make sure it’s Full (Strict).

Thank you for your reply . The issue was due to a firewall issue in the server . after i fixed the firewall issue in the server , it is back to work.
