The domain is peterboroughimprovements.co.uk and the mail server is cloud608.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk
It has been fine for the last year but now suddenly we cannot connect.

Did anyone proxied the mail subdomain?
By no longer access your email server are y ou saying you cannot access webmail? or imap/smtp using a mail client.
Your MX records look good and is pointing to cloud608.thundercloud.uk , not ** cloud608.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk** could that be an issue as well?
I suggest double check setting in your provider dashboard to make sure everything is matched. Look like you think it’s cloud608.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk but in fact it’s cloud608.thundercloud.uk now.
