We asked the server to investigate and they responded that there was no problem here and that it is probably affected by going through Cloudflare.
The site in question has suspended Cloudflare and intends to use it only as a DNS.

This is occurring on the Add New Plug-in page and the following is no longer possible.
Searching for and adding plugins on the admin screen.
Re-installing wordpress on the admin screen.
When debug mode is enabled, the following error is displayed.
