Last night(10th September 2024) around 9 PM CEST our users started having sudden 403 errors and upon checking cloudflare we found out that the requests never reached our origin servers and were served by Cloudflare.For some reason, a managed rule Anomaly:Body - Large Beta blocked the requests and returned 403s for a period of 7 hours, the rule is now turned off.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

It was automatically resolved as the problematic rule was disabled probably by Cloudflare.

Hi, Cloudflare just released a new managed rule:

We ran into the same issue. I opened a support ticket and they responded that the new rule had an issue and they released a fix.
