Subscription ran out no way to renew - Company


I work for a company that had the Cloudflare business package. Something went wrong with the billing on our side and now Cloudflare has been disabled. We want to enable it again but there is no way to contact support now we are not a paying customer and weve reached out to support many times without success. Thats why im posting here now.

Please respond asap. Its urgent for us

Questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit and choose Billing.

Thats what we did but we havent had an answer for weeks now. Which is kinda atrocious tbh

well business plan user here and my tickets are being ignored too, so don’t feel bad
