Can’t modify or cancel membership, can’t erase card on file

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

We are currently experiencing delays in ticket responses and a loss of functionality when upgrading and downgrading subscriptions.

Yea, right. I opened about 5 tickets in MAY and they still not answered. The only thing they did is merged them into one. I cancelled my membership prior to renewal in May, but nobody confirmed that. Credit card is saved on file so I can’t erase that.

Erased my whole dashboard. Seems like it didn’t help.

Subscription can’t be edited. When you click on that nothing happens.

There’s no livechat or phone number. In order to get a human service you have to ‘upgrade your plan’? What a joke!

Opened another ticket yesterday but it won’t be answered again.

Maybe screaming here about this unacceptable practices and beyond poor customer service will help?

It’s beyond ridiculous at this point. I’ll be forced to go through the bank if issue is not resolved by the end of this week.

There’s no response on tickets and no one is reacting to anything. Do you really want me to go though the bank and close my card?

I have deleted the subscription. Could you please try and see if you are able to delete the payment information now?

Payment information can’t be deleted. It’s giving out 1218 error code message.
