Can’t modify or cancel membership, can’t erase card on file
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We are currently experiencing delays in ticket responses and a loss of functionality when upgrading and downgrading subscriptions.
Yea, right. I opened about 5 tickets in MAY and they still not answered. The only thing they did is merged them into one. I cancelled my membership prior to renewal in May, but nobody confirmed that. Credit card is saved on file so I can’t erase that.
Erased my whole dashboard. Seems like it didn’t help.
Subscription can’t be edited. When you click on that nothing happens.
There’s no livechat or phone number. In order to get a human service you have to ‘upgrade your plan’? What a joke!
Opened another ticket yesterday but it won’t be answered again.
Maybe screaming here about this unacceptable practices and beyond poor customer service will help?
