Submitting a support ticket


I am probably missing something obvious, but I have never had to request support from CF before, I see everyone suggesting in threads to open a ticket at . . . but I don’t see where to open a ticket, the work ticket doesn’t even appear on the page, all I see are links to KB articles.


If you’re logged in, the words submit a request should be at the bottom of the page of any knowledge base article.


That worked, I wasn’t sure if I had to “earn a trust level” there by performing random tasks also :slight_smile:
