Submit an email to change your password & you don't receive any email in your inbox

I am trying to reset my old account in Cloudflare, when I try to log in to my account, a short note tells me that my password is wrong so I try to receive it. when I type my email and submit nothing comes to my inbox, I need little help from the support team to figure out what to do.
