Subject: Request to Remove Previous Cloudflare Configuration for My Domain

What is the name of the domain?

Vexahome.com.tr

What is the issue you’re encountering

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Dear Cloudflare Support,

I am the current owner of the domain vexahome.com.tr, which is officially registered under my name.

However, it appears that the previous owner of the domain had added it to their Cloudflare account and configured a CNAME record pointing to Shopify. As a result, I am currently unable to manage the DNS settings myself or point the domain to my new hosting provider (IdeaSoft).

Since I do not have access to the previous Cloudflare account, I kindly request your assistance in removing the existing Cloudflare configuration or releasing the domain from any existing Cloudflare setup, so that I can re-add and manage it under my own Cloudflare account or directly via my hosting provider.

Please let me know if you need any documentation or verification regarding domain ownership.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Likely the domain has a technical or unpaid billing issue that is blocking it being added to your new host’s Cloudflare account.
