Subject: Need Help Updating Name Servers after Account Lockout

I need some assistance with updating name servers on Cloudflare after experiencing an account lockout. Here’s the situation:

Last year, I transferred my domain from GoDaddy to Cloudflare. Unfortunately, my Cloudflare account got locked for a period of time. After it was reactivated, I noticed that my domain is not showing up on my account dashboard. I’ve checked thoroughly, but I can’t find any options to change the name servers.

My registrar is Cloudflare, and I use hosting services from Symbol Host. Can someone please guide me on how to update my name servers given this situation?

Have you added the domain back yet? Do that first then, as your domain is registered with Cloudflare Registrar and the nameservers for the domain have changed, raise a Cloudflare Registrar support ticket here…

…and ask for the nameservers for your domain to be updated.

If unsure you can give the domain to check.
