Subdomian.domainname.com not working

I have a domain of “bettereggs.co.nz” and my client is asking me to add DNS records to connect “ordering.bettereggs.co.nz”
I have added a DNS A record with name “ordering” and added the IP provided but when I look up the DNS it does not change and the URL “ordering.bettereggs.co.nz” does not work.

The “IT guy” who I was directed to is very unhelpful so I was wondering if there was some I had missed.

Currently, the sub is experiencing the too many redirect error on the site. Looks to me your SSL settings needs a change. If its set to Full Set it to Full Strict from your dashboard → SSL. By doing so, you are encrypting the origin traffic. For more info, read here:
