Subdomains not showing up

What is the name of the domain?

fpbusinesscoaching.com

What is the issue you’re encountering

I create a subdomain, which doesn’t show up in the subdomain list, or in the dropdown after the @ when I try to create a custom email address, but DNS Records are present

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Tried to contact Cloudflare but since I’m on a free account they were of no use.

Is the sub-domain DNS record (hostname) present under the DNS tab of Cloudflare dashboard for your zone? :thinking:
