subdomains and cloudflare IPs are blocked in INDONESIA

checked locally with different ISPs.
tried to connect to ministry of communications.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

two of our sub-domains are specifically not working (blocked) in Indonesia. we tried to have it checked through multiple local ISPs, result is same. When our client in Indonesia tried to check with the ISPs, ISPs said that the IPs are blocked. The Blocked IP they have shared for one of the subdomain belongs to cloudflare. see the details below.

domain 1 : auto.alendei.io (blocked IP 104.21.65.56)
domain 2 : ocpomni.alendei.io

I’m afraid if your ISP is blocking cloudflare there isn’t much we can do from our end.

You’d need to address this with you ISP.

Can you request Indonesian ISPs to unblock the Ips? As the IP ownership is of cloudflare?

You’d need to request form your ISP directly if they can unblock your IPs.

You might also consider using Cloudflare BYOIP which should help with this as well if you don’t want to use Cloudflare IPs due to the ISP issue.
