Subdomain under a domain is redirecting to https and working fine but this main domain is not working in https
What is the domain & what is the subdomain? Was it all working with https before you added cf to the mix?
What steps have you 
to try & fix? What error are you getting?

This is the domain `elysiummindcare.com` and `https://psychology.elysiummindcare.com`, `https://business.elysiummindcare.com` are the sub-domains which is perfectly loading using https.
Yes, all the 3 sites were working with https before.
I'm using asp.net hosting provider and using CF as CDN. I tried DSN updates in both CF and asp.net and also compared the settings with other domains which is working fine but still can't able to fix the issue.

Your domain looks like it is active on a Partial Setup via a hosting partner. When you use a Partial Setup, you cannot power your root domain (elysiummindcare.com) through Cloudflare, only subdomains.
To do this, you’d need to switch to Full Setup:
