I created a Subdomain clientes.atracaodeclientes.com.br in Hostgator. This subdomain here in Cloudflare has to point to 162.144.xx.xx. When I go inside Cloudflare and type the entire Subdomain, the subdomain does not stay clientes.atracaodeclientes.com.br but clientes
What do I have to do to make sure that the Subdomain clientes.atracaodeclientes.com.br points to 162.144.xx.xx?

It will be shortened to clientes in the dashboard, however that is short for clientes.yourdomain.com.

Your setup on Cloudflare looks OK, I would contact your host to check why you get a 404 if there is something there that should show!
