we want to redirect a subdomain from app.mycompany.com to app.mycompany.ai. We setup a rule but it’s not working. “app” is already pointing to a location. how do we go about fixing this?
Without the real domain name no-one can check, but make sure you have a proxied DNS record for the hostname you are redirecting from.
Otherwise can you give the domain name and show a screenshot of your rule.
I was able to make the redirect work. Thanks for pointing out the proxied DNS!
