Subdomain pointing to ip with port

I want to ask, I have an application that is accessed with a different port, (194.178.21.81:8901) the question, can it or no, I will make the subdomain pointing to (194.178.21.81:8901)? example.domain.com → 194.178.21.81:8901

In order to make this work you would need to implement a worker.
