I have Cloudflare (free): famo-motors.ru and I have there subdomains…
So the issue is: I can’t open any of my subdomains using www! only if I paste URL as (https://old.famo-motors.ru).
Can you help me with that?

See the linked article, Cloudflare SSL only covers one level of subdomains (not 2, so www.something won’t work with SSL).
