Please, help with installation of a subdomain of a look [blog sped fi]

i am add all dns record but it is offline

What could be the reason?

First of all, the CF does not seem to be active on the site. So, first make sure your set up is complete. Read the doc:

Add a site · Cloudflare Fundamentals docs

Secondly, the error you see is too many redirect. Your best bet for that is set the SSL to Full Strict. More info is here:
