Subdomain / new A record not working

Hi,

I just realized that after moving my domain to Cloudflare, my subdomain is not working.

I read this artcile: https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/articles/200169206-Why-isn-t-a-subdomain-working-

and added an A record with just the subdomain prefix and added the IP address.

However, my subdomain is still nor working and “ping” does not resolves the IP. Do I have to wait for this or…?

This is quite urgent as I have a very important traffic on that subdomain.

The A record should do it, and pretty quickly, too. What’s the subdomain?
