DNS CNAME records with multiple servers not working

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS not responding/updating

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We have two main CNAME records on our DNS
CNAME Record #1 - SubDomain to Server 1
CNAME Record #2 - WildCard (*) to Server 2

The problem is that Record #1 in not working
All the traffic goes always to Server2
It has been already 24 Hours since the update, nothing changes

Any suggestions?

Can you show a screenshot of your Cloudflare DNS records. What should servers 1 and 2 show, so testing can show the difference?
