Yesterday I’ve created a subdomain > http://web-consultant.webstudiorl.com , but
the DNS are not resolved,
I added its record in Cloudflare as > Type: A, Name:http://web-consultant.webstudiorl.com and IP (my hosting) 78.46.146.148.
Other subdomain is working.
Can someone help me please?

Can you post a screenshot of that record?
And can you confirm your Cloudflare account mentions the nameservers jake and melissa?
You created web-consultant.webstudiorl.webstudiorl.com, not web-consultant.webstudiorl.com. Rename it to web-consultant.
