The domain is registered with Godaddy. The website is hosted with Cloudflare.

Upon reviewing your Cloudflare Dashboard and your site, I do not see the error 525.

As this error was related to SSL handshake failed:

I also checked your SSL/TLS section and all seems working accordingly.

Please let us know on your side if everything is back to normal.

Thank you. I tried again using ‘A’ for planningmywedding.renaymeshellevents.com. I type www.planningmywedding.renaymeshellevents.com. These are the error messages:
in Chrome → 'This site can’t be reached
in Safari → Safari Can’t Find the Server

I appreciate any direction you can provide.

Hi Michelle,

Quick correction, Cloudflare is not a hosting provider and could only possibly be considered when using Cloudflare Pages, which does not seem to be the case.

Regarding your error, the reason you get that the site can’t be reached for www.planningmywedding.renaymeshellevents.com is that you don’t have a record for the www.planningmywedding subdomain, you would need to add it.

As for your initial question, if the SSL/TLS mode for your zone is set to Full, you’ll need to make sure that the server has a valid origin certificate, for example.
