Subdomain "Can't Be Reached"

Set up Cloudflare for the primary domain. The subdomain results in a “This Site Can’t Be Reached” error. Any idea why?

Set up Cloudflare A record:
Record Type: A
Host:@
Points to:162.241.16.11

Record Type: A
Host: www
Points to:162.241.16.11

Is the 'subdomain" in question the www? If not, have you added the record for that subdomain as well?

And can you share the “subdomain” in question so we can take a look?
