What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

When I check Surfnet Chatbot Demo this file on the USA based IP address, it will automatically redirect me to this Surfnet Chatbot Demo domain. Its only happening when a USA person tries to go to that domain. Its working for the rest countries. I have give Full encryption option to the SSL/TLS as well. and there is no firewall rules created for the country base.

Can you help me to solve this please?
