Subdomain as website

I am using CloudFlare for a different website for a while and I would like to use it for a current project as well. This project is hosted on Netlify and I am using their DNS for the main hosting. Now I have to programmatically generate subdomains. For that I want to use CloudFlare, but I can’t seem to create a website by using a domain name.

What I want to do is create have a NS record at subdomain.example.com pointed to CloudFlare’s NS server so I can manage *.subdomain.example.com sub-subdomains at CloudFlare.

Would this be possible?

You can only do this on Enterprise plans. Those plans will let you NS only the subdomain here while the main domain DNS is somewhere else.

At best, you can CNAME those subdomains to an existing DNS record here, but that requires at least a Business plan.
