Sub user cannot edit records via web gui

I made a sub user and gave this user rights to edit dns records. But when he signs in, no domains are visible under ‘Websites’ and no option anywhere to go to dns management.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Make new user, give user rights to ‘Domain DNS:Grants access to edit DNS settings for domains in an account.’. Log in as new user, try to edit records for domain in policy.

I’ve been reviewing the dashboard account through the sub user’s access and able to access the DNS section under your domain. Unfortunately, we are unable to reproduce the issue, and I’ve observed that you’ve assigned correct roles to the sub user.

Could you please advise the sub user to attempt the action again and update the outcome? Additionally, if an error occurs, it would be helpful if you could provide a screenshot of the issue.
