Sub domain

Good morning, I am seriously new to CDN. I have a domain with a sub domains on another part of the server that requires a redirect.
Question: By changing the domain name server I assume that the sub domain which uses W3 cache CDN will be stored in Cloudflare. Is this correct?

If you are managing your root domain’s DNS with Cloudflare, you should manage your subdomains there as well. Is that what you are referring to?
