mbacenter.academy does not look like it’s using Cloudflare. It’s using ARIDNS name servers. The main site itself is not served by Cloudflare, and that Subdomain does not have a DNS record.

I stand corrected, it is using Cloudflare name servers. But you need to add the DNS record yourself. It should match the DNS record your host shows for that subdomain. Probably an “A” record with an IP address that matches the IP address of the main site.
