What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

We have CNAME, MX & NS Records for a subdomain to be used for sending emails from a cloud application via our normal email provider.

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

CNAME & MX Records for the subdomain are working
NS Records for delegation to the cloud applications DNS servers is not working.

CNAME records created first followed by MX then NS

The delegation is in place but the exacttarget.com nameservers aren’t resolving emails.holdcroft.com.
