hey i added axess.eu.org and created a sub domain clientarea.axess.eu.org now whenI change dns to Cloudflare it stops working and when i change them again it starts working

That domain is not active on Cloudflare.
I changed its nameservers to find the main problem.
But why it is happening. I hosted many domains but this problem never showed
