Sub Domain DNS & SSL Records

Hi,
I have a website and a subdomain, the main website works fine but the subdomain doesnt.
I added the dns and now it says there is a SSL certificate issue.
I issued a SSL certificate to the sub domain and saw a tutorial on how to copy and paste the certificate information to the hosting provider (Siteground) yet the site still doesnt work

Can someone please explain all the steps on how to configure a sub domain?
