The only thing that is linking is index.html. If you check my site at chezsite.ml, all text is supposed to be monospaced but its not. If you go into the source code and click the link to style.css, you can see that its blank even though its supposed to say:

font-family: monospace;
}

Fair enough, you can edit the original posting 
Try clearing your cache maybe, it seems to render correctly, though again, HTML is beyond of the scope of the forum here.
