I was updating my rules, and noticed “You can only get 5 rules” so it asked me to pay to upgrade this… So sure. YES I NEED MORE RULES, so i paid for pro.

I presume you are referring to firewall rules. Pro comes with 20, maybe your account hasnt fully upgraded yet.
Yes, firewall rules, Indeed, perhaps, Though given this - shouldn’t the tech be alerted to this since we’re CUSTOMERS and not regular people! - we’re running websites here which is TIME-CRITICAL.
Post a screenshot of your overview page. Then people will be able to tell more.

Thanks, This is one area of thought Cloudflare should understand, the critical mind needs more information than most think!
Cloudflare’s provision is sometimes a bit spotty.
Post the ticket number here and @cloonan could keep track.
The issue is resolved.
Although, Cloudflares system states my SSL cert isn’t correct (even though it is setup in my apache.conf for SLL and I’m also hosting SSL Cloudflare pages… so i’m not sure what they mean by that but it’s another story all together.

Hi @CF-Matt, I checked what I think are your sites and can see that the paid site has 17 rules remaining. SSL active and the page loads securely. Are you still encountering an issue? If so, what exactly is not working as you expect. Thank you & sorry for the issues.
