Stuck on the "Checking if the site connection is secure"

I’ve already seen this topic here but I tried everything. I cleared the cookies and the cashe, I clicked on the ctrl+f5 but nothing seems to work, I restarted browser but still site’s have been stuck for hours. At this point I don’t know what I’m supposed to do

Try from incognito mode. It may be an issue with your machine due to malware and/or an ad or popup blocker. Scan your machine for malware, clear cache & cookies, try from a mobile device, try incognito, and/or try a different browser.
