I have transferred domains before without any problems. But this time I am stuck.
I am transferring two domains from godaddy. I have added the transfer codes. Then I click to the next page which has my existing contact details. The details do not need to be changed.
But when I press the next button to “confirm and finalize transfer” nothing happens. There is no error message, no spinning arrow. Anybody know how to fix this?
I found the link to raise a ticket on this issue. I will update forum if tech solves problem
Edit …problem solved. There was a itu formatting dot missing from my phone eg +44.123456 . The error was already in my existing contact details. The error could not be detected because it was loaded directly from my profile. The red error box did not highlight.
