My DNS records have been changed to Cloudflare’s for multiple days, but stays at pending after pressing the manual check button

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I pressed the manual check button; I checked DNS record websites like DNS Checker - DNS Check Propagation Tool and they even mention Cloudflare Inc. resolves the URL to the two nameservers I was provided

It’s not the DNS records you need to change. It’s the Name Servers your domain registration sets for WHOIS. Yours still point to Digital Ocean:

You’ll have to update these at Namecheap.
