Hello. We’ve had a ticket open for 4 days and we’re still stuck at “Universal SSL Status - Authorizing Certificate”. How do we push this through?

How long has it been “authorizing” for? 4 Days
What of the trouble shooting steps above have you tried? Talking to web host . Toggling Full (Strict) / Full
What is the plan level for the domain in question? FREE
What error, if any, is displaying on your site? Site is paused on Cloudflare side because the lack of a cert on the Cloudflare side was causing errors. No errors now.
Are you signed up directly through Cloudflare or through a hosting provider/partner? Direct
