You need to remove the other nameservers that are set at your registrar:

makati.gov.ph.          86400   IN      NS      desi.ns.cloudflare.com.
makati.gov.ph.          86400   IN      NS      rommy.ns.cloudflare.com.
makati.gov.ph.          86400   IN      NS      ns3-36.azure-dns.org.
makati.gov.ph.          86400   IN      NS      ns4-36.azure-dns.info.

Same issue, as @Laudian mentioned above, with extra name servers:

theraplay.com.ph.       86400   IN      NS      desi.ns.cloudflare.com.
theraplay.com.ph.       86400   IN      NS      rommy.ns.cloudflare.com.
theraplay.com.ph.       86400   IN      NS      ns20.pinnacleasia.com.
theraplay.com.ph.       86400   IN      NS      ns10.pinnacleasia.com.

Cloudflare name servers have been set on these two domains.

Two domains like e.g. therEplace.org and therEplace.net have been added to Cloudflare, but the two you mention, therAplace.org and therAplace.net, haven’t been added to Cloudflare yet.

Can you please check for spelling mistakes?
