What is the issue you’re encountering
We are unable to add our domain and activate it either free or paid plan due to the 1258 error.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
We tried to reach out to the developer who was managing our domain , he said that there is not pending payments with this domain, and since we don’t have access to his personal account which we believe he used for our domain to be added to the cloudflare CDN, we are unable to check or pay any unpaid invoices. If we could setup our account under our new company account, we would be glad to pay any pending dues associated with our domain and start using Cloudflare.
Billing issues requre a Billing ticket with Support
We have had a transition of web services from the previous developer, so that is why we don’t have access to the developer account which might have been the superadmin of the account. Is there any other way to move in this case?
i added their email id to the reply on this community thread, but it looks like its not getting updated with their reply. I am unsure if i have not done it right, i am trying to send this again with their email on cc.

I received this message that the ticket is migrated to Salesforce, but there has been no update on the ticket at salesforce. Anything we can do to expedite this?
