What is the issue you’re encountering

After a recent downgrade on my wordpress website from a Cloud hosted Siteground Server to one of their shared servers, I’m seeing no traffic data or caching in Cloudflare and whenever I’m trying to purge the cache it doesn’t seem to be making any affect

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I changed the A records over in Cloudflare, but didn’t touch the AAAA records
