Not able to stream VOD on Pro Account Upgrade

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I was streaming VOD on a Free account, and got a message to say this wasn’t allowed on the free account. I have just upgraded to the Pro Account but I’m still getting the message. Is there a time needed for the account to catch up or should it be instant?
