What is the issue you’re encountering
After uploading a video and Enabling MP4 downloads, “Creating download… 0%” is stuck and doesn’t change. I cannot access the video file.
This was likely related to an incident over night Cloudflare Status - Stream Upload Delays . Would you please retry? If you uncheck and recheck the MP4 Download mode, that should restart the job.
