Isn’t there a way cloudlflare team could simply reduce the size of the icons?
They just look disproportionately bad.
This is what I see, it’s like huge. Does it take that much? I can’t get a dev to use API to make an icon a decent size? Since this is not the only post about it perhaps address it from your side?

We cannot change that since it comes with the editor Cloudflare uses on Stream product.
In another manner to solve this is to use your own player:
