Stream Embed not AMP Friendly

Been testing the beta of Stream out and looking forward to being able to integrate it into our website. Before that can happen though the video embeds need to be made AMP friendly. Over 50% of our visitors are on mobile and use the AMP version of our website. Are there plans to make the Stream embed AMP friendly?
