Stream billable usage minutes much higher than expected

We just rolled out Cloudflare Stream on our production site yesterday and in ~24 hours we’ve hit billable usage of 400K minutes streamed, which is considerably higher than we expected. We were averaging ~100-120K minutes/day with our previous video delivery provider, so this is quite the jump.

We had issues using the Cloudflare Stream React component so we’re using react-player and the DASH video src for desktop users and the HLS src for mobile users.
