Stream Player has stopped working on Safari iOS 9
I think the problem is caused by the usage of ‘const’ keywords in ‘strict node’.
Is there any possibility to use a transpiled version of the javascript code for the player, compatible with old browsers?

Stream Player does not support iOS 9. Do you have a lot of users on iOS 9? We believe <0.5% of traffic is from iOS 9 with that number declining year over year.
We have aprox. 2% of users with iOS 9.
Our product is used mainly on tablet and we still have aprox. 2% of customers that use the product using their still working old generation iPad. Those tablets cannot upgrade iOS any further than 9.3.5.
