Stream Analytics Error

Hi,

I need to get the analytics for my uploaded videos but I keep getting this error message “There was an error fetching analytics data” when I click on Stream > Analytics.

Even the web analytics are not working, I get this message : Authentication error (Code: 10000).

It used to work (as my client said) but I can’t figure out why it doesn’t anymore.

Could you help me with that?

Hi @alex146 can you try from incognito and let me know if it’s working for you? Sorry for the issues.

Hi @cloonan, yes I still get the error message in incognito mode.
