Strange DNS/Web Server Behavior

I have multiple domains that all point to the same server (.com, .net, .org, etc. versions of the same site name).

They are all setup in Cloudflare and their DNS settings are identical.

All of them are working except one which takes me to a 521 Cloudflare page.

Web server is down

I am very familiar with Cloudflare and have tried every single debug mechanism I can think of. But this one has me stumped. The logs on the server don’t seem to show any connection attempts when this particular alias is used.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Are they all identically configured? Particularly in regard to the configured SSL mode.
