Ever since I forwarded my domain to my kajabi site I stopped receiving emails in Microsoft Outlook

Go to GoDaddy-
Forward domain: megsdixon.com

  • Outcome: successfully forwards domain…STOPS RECEIVING EMAIL in my Microsoft Outlook.

The mentioned domain name is not using Cloudflare.

The domain name is pointing to GoDaddy, for both the name servers and web hosting.

Your MX record is pointing your inbound emails towards Microsoft Office 365.

You will need to contact Microsoft Support for further assistance, as they are your email provider.
